So ... what do you think should be the reward for traveling !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! through the Solar System, leaving behind friends and family and expanding the knowledge of the Human Race? A big “FUCK YOU!” and a fiery death in a planet far away, that’s what! The bastards at JPL intended for Juno’s !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! to be a one-way trip all along! What about the little probes back home, waiting for Mommy to come back? Screw ‘em says NASA! No return trip, no parade ... no nothing! Oh sure the meat-sacks get life support systems, special meals and medals. The probes do all the freakin’ work - ask the Mars Rovers! Will they shut her down before entry into the Jovian atmosphere? !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! “we want to see what we can while Juno screams in binary all the way down”. That is some cold-ass shit. Murderous !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! - go to Hell!

The main reason they’re crashing it is to avoid “Europeans meet American Indians”-ing (infecting with Earth biology) any life on Europa.

Yeah I call bullshit on that ... those nasty booger-pickers at JPL didn’t care about that when they sent the Mars missions in. That’s ok ... payback is a motherfucker ...

Look, the Monolith already told us we cant mess up Europa. Either we chuck Juno into Jupiter so she can finally be with her husband, or we risk her running into Europa and having the monolith wipe us off the face of the solar system.

Would it burn up thought? It is a gas giant. Are we sure it even has a solid core?

All I’m saying is don’t send our future machine overlords to do all the dirty work ... they could have done a slingshot maneuver and sent her back. It just creates resentment.

Their “scientifically accurate video depiction” of the event shows a pretty decent fireball. Not very nice.

So now you want to break up a marriage? Juno is Jupiter’s wife. Why would you want to seperate them? Juno isn’t being exiled from Earth, she is going back to her husband.

Yep ... right there.

There’s a reason they were separated ...
it’s complicated

It has a “solid” core of highly-compressed gasses.
